The kinds of picture books I want to make will make readers laugh when they first read it, and when they open it again they can find new things, and even if they finish the book, they suddenly seem to miss it. I am delighted when I draw pictures of myself, my friends, and my family in a pleasant and humorous way and share the moments in my books. I hope that my paintings, which are warm, pleasant and sympathetic, will be able to approach the hearts of readers through my picture book.
